House Rental:
Winter rates:
September 16th - March 31st:
US$200/night, 3 night minimum. 10% discount for 1-2 week stay, 15%
discount more than 2 week stay. Long term rental is negotiable.
Summer rates:
April 1st - September 15th: US$175/night, 3
night minimum. Same discounts apply.
Apartment Rental:
The apartments are each self contained,consisting of 2 full sized beds,dinette,T.V, kitchenette, bath and private balcony.

April 1st - September 15th: US$100/night, 3 night minimum. Same discounts apply.
We require a 50% deposit in the form of a cashiers check, the balance due on arrival in the form of cash, traveler’s or cashiers check.
