Jan's Place
is located on the eastern coast of Caye Caulker, Belize. The owners, Neil and Molly Bradley are on site during the day and available for any help getting around the island or planning day trips to other parts of Belize with Jan's Tours.

Jan's Place is ideal for families or couples wanting to experience Caye Caulker’s “homey” feel and is within walking distance to island activities.





This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house looks out onto the beach and the Barrier Reef beyond which is approximately one mile from the island. The house is completely furnished, with 3 full sized beds in each room, fully equipped kitchen and a ten foot wide veranda with hammocks for your afternoon siestas. All bedrooms have views of the beach and Caribbean sea. 

The apts are each self contained, consisting of 2 full sized beds, dinette, TV, kitchenette, bath and private balcony with this view.
